Move past the idol and you will come to the open area where Juzou the Drunkard was originally. He won't attack and you can Whirlwind Slash him to death. You can easily kill him by kiting him back towards the bridge. You will start in front of the burning estate. Now interact with the Buddha Statue to be transported to an alternate version of Hirata Estate. Speak to Emma, and exhaust all dialogue with her to receive a 'Father's Bell Charm'. Now travel to the Dilapidated Temple and eavesdrop on Emma and the Sculptor from behind the temple. Next, travel to the 'Old Grave' idol, go through the door immediately to your left to speak to Emma again. Next speak to Emma upstairs and agree with her. If the prompt to eavesdrop doesn't appear, make sure you have exhausted all dialogue with Kuro and have rested at the idol. The next step is to eavesdrop on Kuro and Emma in Kuro's Room by leaning up against the wall out of sight. This will trigger a boss fight against Owl. You must choose to 'Break the Iron Code, stay loyal to Kuro'. The steps to get the Purification ending are as follows.įirstly progress through the game until you confront Owl on top of Ashina Castle.
